Family of Baltimore County man who died after police used Taser remember his life, search for answers
At the funeral of Gamel Brown, a man who died after Baltimore County police used a Taser on him, his family said they had more questions than answers. His funeral was in February 2020. As of July 2020, police still had not released more information.
